Delete your account.
Your panonu account and every piece of data attached to it can be deleted from inside the app, in one step and permanently. Deletion cannot be undone.
From inside the app
Settings → Account → Delete account. You are asked to type SİL (Turkish for “delete”) into the confirmation box; once confirmed, the account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. The route is the same on the web (app.panonu.com) and in the mobile app.
What gets deleted
Your boards and every card on them; your collection records (books, films, series, recipes, studies, places, saved items); uploaded images; share links you created; friendships, along with anything you sent that has not been accepted yet; memberships in shared boards; and the account itself. None of it can be brought back afterwards.
Something a friend has already accepted — a sent record, or a copy of a board — is their own record from that point on and is not affected.
Retention
Deletion happens at once: there is no grace period and no deferred account closure. Residual copies in infrastructure backups fall out on the provider's own backup cycle.
Before you delete
You can download all of your data as a single file from Settings → Backup → Download my data. The same button is on the deletion screen itself.
If you cannot reach the app
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, send your request to support@panonu.com; requests are resolved within thirty days at the latest. What is processed and why is explained on the privacy page.
